Article 1:
The regulations set out below apply to all persons on or within the premises and paddock of Circuit Park Berghem BV (Eindhoven Chamber of Commerce registration number 17201998) are present. All presence on the premises and use of the circuit is entirely at your own risk. Every rider/user/visitor to the circuit fully indemnifies the management of this circuit, its employees and sponsors, vehicle drivers, officials, support staff, representatives and any other person involved in the organisation and operation of Circuit Park Berghem BV, from any liability and from all types of claims relating to damage, loss, theft, expenses, injury or death that may arise from the preparation for, or my passive or active participation in, the activities. Active or passive participation in the activities at Circuit Park Berghem is entirely at your own expense and risk. All presence on the premises and use of the circuit is entirely at your own expense and risk. Article 2:For all current opening hours, see www.circuitparkberghem.nl. Circuit Park Berghem BV reserves the right, on busy days, to organise different karts or drivers into groups, to temporarily suspend driving and/or to temporarily alter the circuit length, and/or to close the track due to unsafe (weather) conditions. For further information on any changes to opening hours, please refer to our website: www.circuitparkberghem.nl. No rights may be derived from the opening hours stated. Article 3:
Only riders in possession of a CPB Track Access Card and who have paid for track hire in the à la carte café prior to commencement are permitted to be on the track and in the pit lane. Helpers may only enter the track to retrieve stranded karts entirely at their own risk! The track hire sticker must be clearly visible on the front of the kart. In the event of technical problems and/or breakdowns, the rider must move the kart to a safe place as quickly as possible. Repairs on the circuit are not permitted. Access to the track by supervisors/coaches (minimum 18 years old) is only permitted after consultation with the track manager and wearing a safety vest, at your own risk. Stopping riders on the track
This is strictly forbidden. The instructions of the course manager must be strictly followed at all times. (A track access card must be in your possession). Article 4:
All vehicles must be parked in the paddock, unless otherwise specified by Circuit Park Berghem BV. During and prior to race days, it is not permitted to park private cars in the paddock. Instructions given by Circuit Park Berghem staff must be followed at all times. Circuit Park Berghem BV reserves the right to have vehicles moved at the owner’s expense. Driving karts, (mini) motorbikes and related vehicles in the paddock is strictly prohibited. Article 5:
Everyone, including drivers and mechanics, who is on the premises and in the car park of Circuit Park Berghem BV must comply with the following: • Use a liquid-proof groundsheet measuring at least 2×3 metres before setting up the kart. Carrying out repairs, lubricating the kart or refuelling on the tarmac of the circuit and pit lane is strictly prohibited.
- Maximum sound production CIK/FIA or determination by CPB BV staff (Max 93 dba).
- Driving a go-kart in good condition with a front bumper, front spoiler, side pods, and where the rear wheels must be 2/3 covered by a rear bumper (steel or plastic).
- Driving with a homologated intake filter and the prescribed silencers: for KZ, the ELTO 2012 carbon or aluminium with EU mark or homologated rear silencers from 2014 applies (see website, CIK HOMOLOGATION).

- Restore the boundary marker if it has been hit and report any damage.
- Upon leaving the grounds, all waste (tyres, bottles, cans, food scraps, and other packaging) must be taken away.
- Sporting behaviour on and around the track.
- Prolonged static idling of engines is strictly prohibited anywhere within the facility.
- Open fires and barbecues are prohibited within the entire circuit premises.

Article 6:
Users must enter and exit the circuit via the designated entrances and exits. Users must always adhere to the direction of the circuit, not swerve, cut corners, or otherwise hinder other users. Users must keep their feet on the pedals and both hands on the handlebars. Slower riders, such as children, mini-bikes, and rental karts, must be taken into account at all times. Rental karts have priority at all times. In case of danger and/or leaving the circuit, a hand must be clearly raised. A walking pace must be maintained in the pit lane. It is forbidden to be on the circuit and participate in training/race activities under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. During free practice sessions, marshals are not stationed, and there will be no flags for dangerous situations! If you do not agree to participate in free practice sessions
If you are dissatisfied with the circuit conditions, you are obliged to report this to the track manager present. By reporting this, you waive your participation in circuit activities. Article 7:
Registration and the purchase of a Track Access Card, along with payment for circuit hire at the á la Kart Café, are mandatory for anyone driving a kart on the circuit. This must be completed before commencing any activity. It is not permitted for others to drive your kart unless they are registered with a Track Access Card and have paid for circuit hire. In the event of an accident or damage caused by a driver other than the registered individual, the registered individual, along with the driver, will be held responsible for all damage and any resulting damages to CPB BV or third parties. Article 8:
In cases where breaches of articles 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 are repeatedly observed, or if the circuit administrator deems there is another reason to do so, access to the circuit may be denied to the individuals involved. You will be informed of this in writing. Furthermore, the denial of access at the circuit will be communicated to KNAF and fellow circuits. Article 9:
By entering the premises, you agree to abide by the current regulations and adhere to the guidelines of CPB BV. Failure to follow the instructions of CPB BV employees, recklessness, causing damage, or non-compliance with these regulations will result in sanctions. In no case will the paid circuit hire be refunded. In all cases not provided for herein, the management of CPB BV shall decide, and there shall be no appeal against this decision. Article 10:
The conducting of trade or making publicity in any form is not permitted without written authorisation from management. Article 11:
Every rider must possess a Track Access Card, which is valid for one year and must be renewed in a timely manner upon payment. When the Track Access Card is issued, you will receive the participant conditions and track regulations, which must be signed by you. In the case of a minor, the conditions must be signed by a parent/carer/guardian. By signing these participant conditions, you accept these regulations and participant conditions. Article 12:
Every user must wear a sound and securely fastened helmet, sturdy gloves that fully cover the hand, footwear that effectively protects the ankles, and clothing that covers the entire body, including arms and legs. Preferably, a homologated kart or race suit should be worn. For riders under 16 years of age, we strongly advise, for the rider's safety, a body protector and neck brace. Article 13:

Entrance to the pit lane and stairs to the pit lane. The regulations are also available at the à la Kart Café. These regulations replace all previous versions (latest version March 2017). Petrol and oil pollution, as well as chemicals, are strictly forbidden. Do not allow any liquids to seep into the ground! It is mandatory to use the prescribed ground sheet (fines are €500 minimum). You may not leave used tyres and waste at the circuit. You must take these back with you personally. You are also not permitted to place them outside your tent or leave them there during or after the races (fines are €500 minimum). Article 14:
